Background information on Husky Laboratory + Husky Chat:

When: Husky Laboratory has been around since May 1st, 2012!
Why: Husky Laboratory was launched with the goal of bringing real-time conversations back into everyday interactions. Husky Laboratory’s founders believe that social interactions should be instantaneous and real-time. They believe that people, at the end of the day, prefer live interactions with one another.
What: Husky Chat is the first solution put out by Husky Laboratory – it is a Google Chrome application that places a social layer on top of websites and integrates chat rooms into users’ browsing experience, bringing real-time conversation into online interactions. Today, there exists a lack of real-time conversations on the web: with social media, people are mostly broadcasting and not conversing; solutions that enable live chat capability on websites requires implementation and are few and far between. Husky Chat was created as a solution to this challenge.
